Actual Upgrade

Appliance Management Service Logs

/var/log/vmware/applmgmt/applmgmt.log

Package Stage Details

/var/log/vmware/applmgmt/software-packages.log

The service layer log is available at /var/log/vrlcm. The log file name is vrlcm-xserver.log.
The engine log is available at /var/log/vrlcm. The log file name is vrlcm-server.log.

When deploying products into environments:

/var/log/vrlcm/vmware_vrlcm.log

Applying Patch 5

Check the following log if “In-Progress” continues to show. (Aria Suite 8.18 Patch 5 Release Notes Known Issues)

/var/log/vrlcm/patchcli.log

Service Log – /opt/vmware/horizon/workspace/logs/horizon.log

Connector Log – /opt/vmware/horizon/workspace/logs/connector.log

When running the vdcrepadmin commands.
